Maximizing the amount if water we consume and times we consume that water can drsstically increase our health and immune systems.

It's not just about how much water your drink! Consider when and how much. A little water can go a long way towards keeping your body healthy and functioning. It can go even further when you drink at the correct times! Drink two glasses if water when you wake up to get the organs going!! Then thought your day drink before meals and so on.
