- Where can I learn about the best medical facilities in the world?
Have you ever wondered about which hospitals and doctors were the best? Which countries provide the best medical care to it's citizens? We have too! We went online to check and see which resources are reliable and whats out there on medical systems and their health reports. What we found was discouraging!
It seems like there have been some attempt to start compiling medical report cards so to speak. The World Health Organization compiled a report in 2000 called the world health report. The results were staggering, and have been referred to as NOTORIOUS!
The WHO report showed that the united states came in #15 in performance and 37th overall! The system used to score has been slandered by numerous interests and people with all kinds of different agendas. Ultimately we feel that the system was able to prove the United States is FAR from a powerhouse when it comes to medicine and treatment. WHO decided not to list or rank countries in their latest report in 2010 because the previous results were so controversial.
A separate entity stepped up in 2010 and attempted to single out 7 developed countries' medical systems and their health care performance. Their report brought the United States in at the very bottom, DEAD LAST!
